Information

Following the decision made by the shareholders of ORNO GROUP Sp. z o. o. on separation from the divided company, i.e. from ORNO GROUP Sp. z o. o., a business involving real estate rental and trade, a division plan was created pursuant to Art. 553 and 534 of the Commercial Companies Code. The purpose of the division is to transfer part of the assets, related to real estate activities, in form of an organized part of the enterprise, to the newly established company Kairos Investments Sp z o.o.
