The GAYD video doorphone set intended for single family houses provides full control and monitoring over the entrance to the property. Designed with household members safety and with convenience of use in mind thanks to built-in smart home technology.

The GAYD monitor is equipped with a large 8-inch touchscreen that guarantees clear colour image and intuitive navigation. Thanks to the 2-wire connection, the installation is simple and allows for self-wiring, regardless of polarity.

The built-in advanced smart home technology facilitates to remotely control the device via Wi-Fi and via Tuya Smart app, which can be operated from anywhere in the world. Thanks to it, the entrance to the property may be easily monitored. One needs simply to install the Tuya Smart platform on an Android or iOS smartphone and synchronize it with the GAYD video monitor.

The wicket and two gates (e.g., entrance and garage) may be conveniently controlled with the help of both the monitor and the mobile app. As there is no need to supply additional power to a wicket, there might be less cables run throughout a garden. The electric door strike with a maximum current consumption of 300mA is powered directly from the video doorphone.

The device is equipped with additional features, such as a microSD card reader and an answering machine to provide a comprehensive solution for entry control and monitoring. The user does not have to worry about a possible lack of video or photo recordings while being away or during a call that has already been answered. The microSD card gives the possibility to activate the recording function, and the answering machine allows the visitor to leave a voice message.

The video monitor has 6 built-in melodies, and the microSD card enables to upload one’s favourite music in mp3 format. This function allows to individually customize the call sound. The different volume levels, including complete muting and setting a specific volume according to three different times of day, ensure complete freedom to customize the sound to one’s own preferences.

The photo frame and weather forecast functions allow to view the photos stored on the microSD card and to check the current weather conditions in a standby mode. This practical use of the device even at rest has both an aesthetic and decorative function.

The GAYD outdoor unit is equipped with a 2MP camera, which takes pictures and records video footage in a very good Full HD quality. A wide viewing angle of 52° vertically and 105° horizontally provides a full picture from in front of the wicket. In addition, IR lighting guarantees visibility at night without blinding the visitor (range up to 1m).

The built-in motion sensor records photos and videos after detecting movement near the wicket (detects an intruder and alerts about it). The incidents are recorded on a microSD card installed in the monitor.

The outdoor unit is made of aluminium and is IP65 rated. It has a protective rain cover which provides peace of mind about its durability. A built-in code lock and RFID 125kHz proximity card and tag reader facilitate easy entrance for authorized persons, and a name tag allows visitors to easily find the correct property without the risk of confusion.

The outdoor unit is silver with dimensions of 91x184 mm. The installation is universal as it may be surface- or flush-mounted.

The possibility of expanding the GAYD set with additional monitors (max. 6 per set), an outdoor unit (max. 2 per set) and additional IP cameras (max. 2 per set) enhances the feeling of security, thus providing a comprehensive entry control and monitoring system even in a multi-story house, and the built-in indoor unit enables household members to communicate between floors.
